New Patient Center

Now that you know a little more about Blackstone Chiropractic, the next step is to decide if you think that you, or someone you care about, could benefit from our careful, professional chiropractic care.

Here is a list of common problems new patients come to see us with:

  1. Do you have frequent headaches?
  2. Do you suffer with low back pain?
  3. Do you have a stiff neck?
  4. Have you noticed your ability to get around is not what you’re accustomed to?
  5. Have you been in a car accident?
  6. Do you have tingling or numbness in your hands, arms or legs?
  7. Do you notice a shoulder or hip that is higher than the other?
  8. Do you have (sciatica) pain going down your leg?

Each of the above problems is frequently linked with misaligned vertebrae. If left untreated, the problem will usually only get worse, and in many cases, get more difficult to fix. The good news is that when we treat these problems, we are able to do it without drugs or surgery.

The next key step is to call to set up an appointment to meet with Dr. Olff so that he can evaluate your condition. There is no charge for this consultation. If your condition is something that cannot be helped by chiropractic, or needs the attention of other medical specialists, Dr. Olff will tell you.

If x-rays are needed to fully diagonose your condition, there is a nominal charge for the x-rays, but this cost is usually covered by insurance. For a special Internet Discount on any necessary x-rays, click here.

Our regular office hours are Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. We encourage you to make an appointment but walk-in patients are always welcome during our regular hours. (Saturday and evening visits are available by appointment only.) Please see How To Reach Us for our phone number and map.

Our philosophy at Blackstone Chiropractic is that a team approach is the ideal way to help our patients return to enjoying the full level of activity they desire.

There is no evidence to show that chiropractic care interferes with other medical care or physiotherapy. Instead, we work as a team with our patients’ physicians, incorporating all knowledge of your health history and keeping everyone apprised as treatment progress is made.

Recent government inquiries into chiropractic worldwide have found contemporary chiropractic health care to be safe and cost effective. Reports have expressly called for cooperation between the medical and chiropractic communities for the best interests of patients. This is our goal at Blackstone Chiropractic and we invite physicians to contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

The American College of Physicians in October of 2007 recommended that clinicians should consider the addition of a non-drug therapy with proven benefits. For acute low back pain the only recommendation was spinal manipulation.

We have individual brochures that address many common health problems. To request a free brochure, click here.
